Falling for Chocolate 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin quick bread mix 8 cups popped popcorn 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips 3 teaspoons shortening In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in microwave and add to bread mix. Pour over popcorn in a large bowl and stir to coat; set aside. In a small saucepan, melt together the chocolate chips and shortening over low heat. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in an airtight container. Makes 4 servings.
