Account

Do I need to register an account to place an order?

Yes! Creating an account will facilitate the tracking of payments and orders. It will only take 5 minutes to register an account.

How do I update my account and contact details?

You can update your details such as password, contact number, date of birth, etc in your profile.

Why am I unable to log into my account?

Please make sure that you have entered your registered email address and password correctly. Check that you do not have the caps lock key on when entering your password as it is case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, you can request to reset your password here.

How do I add & manage my addresses?

After you have logged in, go to your Address Book to add, edit or delete an address.

How do I opt-in or opt-out for e-newsletter subscription?

You can update your preferences here.

Payment

What are the payment options?

Payment can be made via Store Credit and Paypal which supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute.
For bulk purchases or business orders, please contact us.

Resolve a Failed Payment

If your order is on hold due to a payment issue, you may resolve the declined payment with the following methods:

  • Confirm your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number were entered correctly during checkout.
    The billing address and phone number should match the information of the credit card.
  • Contact your bank. It could be due to daily spending limits.

How to Place An Order

  1. Search and select the books you want, choose the quantity and Add to cart.
  2. Once order is finalized, select Shopping Cart and Proceed to checkout.
  3. Fill in the shipping details and select Confirm and pay.
  4. Once payment is approved, an order confirmation will be shown on screen and an email will be sent to you.

Cancel Order or Items

You cannot modify or cancel your order or items once it has been confirmed.

Check Order Status

You will receive an email for status updates and a link to track your order status with our logistics partner once it is ready for delivery.

Missing / Incorrect / Damaged Items or Order

If you receive a missing, damaged or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 3 days from delivery and indicate your preference for refund or replacement. Please provide a phototograph evidence for faster processing.

Can I return and get a refund if I change my mind?

No. Returns, refunds and replacements are only acceptable if the item is incorrect, missing or damaged upon delivery.

For normal purchases, we only accept and process orders through our online portal.

We offer free trackable doorstep delivery on all orders.

Which country destinations do you deliver to?

Currently, we only deliver within the United States.

When will my order be delivered?

Can I return my item or order and get a refund if I change my mind?

No. Returns, refunds and replacements are only acceptable if the item is incorrect, missing or damaged upon delivery.

Can I specify my preferred delivery date and/or time for my order?

No, our logistics partner does not provide this option at the moment.

Can I change my delivery address after checkout?

Orders are immediately arranged for shipping upon checkout so we are unable to process changes to delivery address. Please ensure that the address indicated is correct upon placing your order.

Can I self-collect instead?

Self-collection is unavailable. We provide free trackable doorstep delivery for all orders.
